When we were young, our mother or grandmother would wash our hair with Shikekai and then massage the hair and head with large amounts of coconut oil. Then the hair would be combed into two nice tight plaits with ribbons woven in them. Older generations still boast of healthy thick locks of hair and scold us about how our changed lifestyle has made our hair suffer too. And they are right. The changes in diet and our environment have resulted in hair issues like dandruff, hair fall, frizzy and dry hair, and hair breakage at a very young age. Major affecting factors are a highly competitive and stressful lifestyle where stress has direct adverse effects on hair growth, extreme diets that result in deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals, and inclusion of junk food in daily diet which increases consumption of harmful factors.

18 Of The Scariest Movies Ever Made!
Is it just me, or do you feel like horror movies are always undervalued as well? Have you never wondered how can films fire your adrenal glands, send shivers down your spine, raise goosebumps, and quicken your breath; inspiring not only an intense physical reaction but also cerebral experiences?
Maybe the aversion some viewers may have to the horror genre is a fear of losing control- having to shy away in fright, embarrassing themselves. A lot of people simply don’t want to lose control, no matter what. The irony is, that horror, is a genre in which each filmmaker has to assert his or her utmost control over the material, and has to perfectly calibrate the storytelling so that we as the audience can lose it. The trick is – extreme control of the screenplay so that the audience can lose control.
What makes the 120 minutes of nail-biting anxiety combined with blood and gore inviting to some people? The answer lies in the brains of horror enthusiasts. Yes, studies have shown that people who enjoy scary movies are more sensitive to dopamine, or the reward hormone. It is the exact reason why some people engage in activities like skydiving and bungee jumping. Experiencing adrenaline-spiking scenarios without actual threat is a fix that many people enjoy, making horror movies so popular.

Easy Exercises For Better Eye Health
If you wear glasses or contacts, chances are you’ve spent considerable time investigating hacks to improve your eyesight without surgery. Some infomercials and books even claim that faithful adherents may be able to give up their glasses. If this sounds too good to be true, that’s because it probably is.
We know that exercising our muscles is good for our health. What about eye exercises to improve eyesight? While there are no effective eye exercises for refractive errors, eye exercises can help with optimizing visual skills. Vision therapy, a type of physical therapy for the eyes, has been shown to improve certain conditions involving eye alignment and focusing. While being under an eye doctor’s care can provide more guidance on how to use eye exercises, there are some eye muscle exercises that can be done at home. While I wouldn’t expect these eye exercises to improve vision fast, with diligence, they can gradually help with focusing issues and eyestrain.
